M&E embarks on recruitment on regular basis, for the selection of competent & qualified persons. M&E has policy guiding the recruitment & selection process, for numerous clients in need.

Selected applicants are carefully selected, screened & trained for a period of months before they are commissioned as Security guards. At M&E, one can only rise to the rank of commander, Supervisor and Manager respectively based on years of dedication and honesty to selfless services in the job combined with consistent training & re-training programme from M&E experts, recommendations or awards from clients served by the guards.

Exceptions applys to an individual with past skills & experience in Security service related fields may be considered for the positions. M&E can also conduct recruitment of security service persons, for any company or individual on special arrangements or requests.
